Hungry for Hakka Cuisine

This May and June, experience richly fragrant and flavourful Hakka cuisine with a special menu in The Dragon. Hearty highlights include Baked Chicken with Rock Salt and Ground Galangal (正宗鹽焗雞), and Sautéed Chopped Clams, with Dried Shrimps, Preserved Turnip and Chives, served with Crisp Lettuce (蜆肉生菜包) and Steamed Glutinous Dumplings
stuffed with Minced Pork, Celery, and Black-Eye Beans (眉豆茶粿 ).
