Every Saturday, join us for “Dim Sum and Beyond” in The Dragon - an extraordinary Chinese luncheon, filled with great taste and unlimited possibilities. Start with a half Lobster in Superior Soup or Steamed with Garlic (上湯焗/ 茸蒜蒸半隻龍蝦), before
selecting your favourites from a freeflowing menu of soups, congee, rice and noodle dishes, dim sum and a Barbecued Meat latter (燒味拼盆), main courses like Baked Green Crab with Ginger and Scallions (薑蔥焗 肉蟹), and desserts such as Steamed Brown Sugar Sponge Cake ( 懷舊馬拉 糕), priced at HK$308 (adult) HK$188 (child) including a glass of seasonal herbal tea.
