Every Saturday from March till May, join us in The Dragon for “Dim Sum and Beyond,” a Chinese luncheon, filled with great tastes and unlimited possibilities. Start with a Half Lobster in Superior Soup or Steamed with Garlic ( 上湯焗/ 蒜茸蒸龍蝦半
份 ), before selecting your favourites from a free-flowing menu of soups, congee, rice and noodle dishes, dim sum highlights like Steamed Shrimp Dumplings (水晶鮮蝦餃), Siu Mai with Pig Tripe ( 豬肚燒賣), and a Barbecued Meat Platter ( 燒味拼盆), main courses like Baked Green Crab with Ginger and Scallions ( 薑蔥焗肉蟹), and desserts such as Steamed Brown Sugar Sponge Cake ( 懷舊馬拉糕), priced at HK$288 (adult), HK$198 (child) including a glass of herbal tea.
