In March and April, enjoy a taste of the Club’s rich history with Nostalgic Dishes in The Dragon.  Highlights include all-time favourites like Steamed Fillet of Spotted Garoupa with Yunnan Ham and Black Mushrooms (玉樹麒麟星斑), Pan-fried Beancurd Dumplings with Mashed Prawn, Conpoy and Barbecue Pork in Conpoy Sauce (瑤柱香煎琵琶豆腐), and Pan-fried Fillet of Chicken Coated with Almond Flake in Lemon Sauce (杏香西檸雞).
